Join us for a virtual tasting and conversation with Mike Swanson, Owner and Master Distiller of Far North Spirits! Here at Santo Cielo, we are blessed to be the only restaurant/bar in the state of Illinois to have received 6 of the original 8 “Seed Vault Series” rye whiskeys, a series that explores the bond between specific rye grains and the flavor of the final product.  This tasting will guide you through all 6 of these single varietal rye whiskeys, discovering and discussing the nuances between them.  

We will also touch on the history of Far North, the other spirits they produce and have plenty of time for interaction and Q&A with Mike! In addition, a limited number of full bottles will be available for purchase following the tasting!
